By using this website, placing an order, joining a membership, submitting a custom request, or interacting with Pure Duval™, you agree to the terms below.

Pure Duval™ is a premium lifestyle apparel brand rooted in 904 culture, Southern grit, local pride, and limited-release design. We offer apparel, headwear, accessories, memberships, custom design services, and select local collaboration projects.

Use of Our Website

By using this website, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the site for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity

  • Attempt to interfere with the website, checkout process, or customer accounts

  • Copy, reproduce, or misuse Pure Duval™ designs, artwork, photos, product descriptions, logos, or brand assets

  • Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information

  • Use our products, artwork, or services in a way that damages the Pure Duval™ brand

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict account access, or remove users who violate these terms.

Production & Lead Times

Most Pure Duval™ products are produced in limited runs, small batches, preorder releases, or made-to-order formats. Production does not begin until payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed.

Standard apparel orders typically require 5–7 business days for production before shipping. This timeline may vary depending on product availability, blank garment supply, print production, order volume, and seasonal demand.

Custom design orders, collaboration pieces, special requests, and large-quantity orders may require additional production time based on complexity, artwork approval, garment sourcing, and final order details.

Limited-edition drops, preorder items, membership items, and Retro Landmark Tee releases may take longer during high-demand periods. Any estimated production window provided is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Pure Duval™ will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays when they occur.

Product Information

We make every effort to display our products, colors, sizing, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, garment dye, fabric texture, or print method.

Product availability is not guaranteed. Many Pure Duval™ items are limited-release, preorder-based, small-batch, or made in limited quantities.

We reserve the right to update, discontinue, restock, rename, or remove products at any time.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Inventory issues

  • Payment failure

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Abuse of discount codes or promotions

If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method when applicable.

Limited Drops, Preorders & Made-to-Order Items

Some Pure Duval™ products may be released as limited drops, preorders, or made-to-order items. These items may require additional production time before shipping.

Estimated production and shipping windows are provided when available. These timelines are estimates and may be affected by blank garment availability, print production, fulfillment volume, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

If a delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers.

Shipping Details

Shipping times begin after production is complete, not from the date the order is placed.

Once your order has completed production, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on carrier service, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Expedited shipping may be available upon request or when offered at checkout. Expedited shipping only applies to carrier transit time and does not eliminate production time unless otherwise stated.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. After an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, Pure Duval™ is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, incorrect delivery scans, or delays caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every customer to be proud to wear Pure Duval™. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.

Standard non-custom apparel items may be eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, free of damage, and in its original condition.

Custom orders, personalized items, limited-edition drops, preorder items, final sale items, discounted items, membership items, and special collaboration pieces may not be eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pureduval.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.

Pure Duval™ reserves the right to approve or deny return and exchange requests based on the condition of the item, order type, production method, and timing of the request.

Approved exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, Pure Duval™ may offer store credit, replacement options, or another resolution at our discretion.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Memberships & Subscriptions

Pure Duval™ may offer paid memberships, including but not limited to the Pure Duval Archive Club or other member programs.

Membership benefits may include perks such as:

  • Early access to limited drops

  • Member-only designs

  • Special member pricing

  • 10% off purchases

  • First access to restocks

  • Exclusive Retro Landmark Tee releases

  • Special packaging

  • Private promo codes

  • Occasional gifts, giveaways, or bonus items

Membership perks may change, rotate, pause, or be updated over time.

If a membership includes a quarterly tee or physical product, the customer must maintain an active membership and provide accurate size and shipping information before the applicable fulfillment cutoff date.

Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. Unless canceled, recurring memberships may automatically renew based on the billing cycle shown at purchase.

Customers are responsible for canceling before the next billing date if they do not wish to continue. Canceling a plan in Wix does not automatically issue a refund; refunds must be processed separately through the payment provider when applicable.

Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes, promotional offers, and member pricing are subject to change at any time.

Discounts may not be combined unless clearly stated. Promotional codes may have expiration dates, product exclusions, usage limits, or membership restrictions.

Pure Duval™ reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse promotional use if abuse, fraud, or misuse is suspected.

Custom Design Requests

Pure Duval™ may accept select custom design projects, apparel requests, event merchandise, brand graphics, local collaborations, and special creative projects.

Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline any project that does not align with our brand, quality standards, creative direction, timeline, pricing, or values.

Custom projects may require a deposit or full payment before design or production begins. Once design work, ordering, printing, or production has started, payments may be non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, images, names, slogans, artwork, or references submitted for a custom project.

Design Approval & Production

For approved custom projects, customers may be asked to review and approve artwork, mockups, sizing, placement, colors, spelling, and details before production.

Once approval is given, Pure Duval™ is not responsible for errors that were included in the approved design or details.

Final print colors, garment colors, sizing, placement, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen display, production method, garment type, and material.

Intellectual Property

All Pure Duval™ logos, artwork, designs, graphics, product names, photos, text, slogans, website content, and brand assets are owned by Pure Duval LLC or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, print, recreate, or use Pure Duval™ intellectual property without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not give you ownership rights to the design, artwork, brand name, logo, or creative concept.

Trademarks & Brand References

Pure Duval™ is an independent lifestyle apparel brand.

Any references to Duval, 904 culture, local landmarks, sports culture, restaurants, neighborhoods, historical locations, or community memories are used for cultural, artistic, descriptive, or storytelling purposes.

Pure Duval™ is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to any professional sports team, league, venue, business, restaurant, landmark, municipality, or organization unless clearly stated.

User Content

If you tag Pure Duval™, submit photos, leave reviews, send testimonials, or share content featuring our products, you grant Pure Duval™ permission to repost, share, display, or use that content for marketing, social media, website, advertising, or promotional purposes.

We will make reasonable efforts to credit users when appropriate.

15. Account Information

Customers may create accounts, join memberships, or submit forms through the website.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. Pure Duval™ is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect account details, outdated contact information, or unauthorized access due to customer negligence.

Limitation of Liability

Pure Duval™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to website use, product purchases, delivery issues, membership participation, custom projects, or customer misuse of products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service involved.

Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

We may update, modify, pause, or remove parts of the website at any time without notice.

Changes to These Terms

Pure Duval™ may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
